Laboratory Filters

Our Laboratory Filters are competitively priced and were selected to enable the customer to easily scale up to larger flow rates. Therefore, all of our Laboratory Filters use the same filter media. In addition, small increments of filter area has been added between each offered size. All of our Laboratory Filters are manufactured from materials that conform to the requirements of 21CFR Part 117 of the US Code of Federal Regulations and USP Class VI Biological test for plastics. We offers three membranes: PES, PE, & PTFE - all of which have all been independently tested for bacteria retention > 107 using Brevundimonas Diminuta in accordance with current HIMA challenge and have passed. All Validation Documentations are available. The offered Filters are flushed with purity non-progenic water and are available as a sterilized condition. We have a vast range of sizes and connections to handle all of your industries needs.

Disc Filters

Filter Capsules have been designed for simple, quick, and efficient filtration of fluids used in laboratory and analytical small-scale applications. Ten different media options can be placed in an all- polypropylene construction for excellent chemical compatibility. The small compact design of the filter capsule also reduces hold-up volume and exposure to hazardous liquids. No adhesives, binders, or surfactants are used in the manufacturing process. The filters are thermally sealed to insure integrity. View all of our many various sizes of Disc filters.

Filter Cups

Filter Cups are a convenient, disposable unit for easy and high performance filtration of liquid solutions. Cups have a 175-mL capacity. Choose from 13 filter medias. Membranes are 63mm in diameter with a 31- cm2 filter area. The filter cup is made of molded polypropylene with an integral thermally-bonded filter. Ideal for sterilizing tis- sue culture media, buffers, weak and dilute acids, and bases, and alcohols, or other solvent solutions. Consult chemical resistance charts before use. The tapered cup and compact profile can be stacked for multiple and simultaneous filtration steps. The filter cups come stacked for easy and compact storage. For added protection against contamination, the cup has a bottom lip to prevent the bottom support grid from accidently touching working surfaces. Order a filter funnel base to use the cup with vacuum pressure to speed the filtration process along...
