C-Flex® TPE Tubing
C-Flex® 374 is a patented, premium thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tubing engineered for high-purity fluid transfer in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and life sciences applications. It is widely used in single-use assemblies, peristaltic pump operations, and aseptic welding and sealing processes. Manufactured under tightly controlled conditions, C-Flex® 374 offers excellent chemical resistance to acids, bases, salts, and high-purity water, along with significantly lower gas permeability compared to silicone. The tubing supports multiple sterilization methods, including gamma irradiation (up to 40 kGy) and autoclave (121°C for 30 minutes), and operates across a broad temperature range of -67°C to 135°C. Its clarity enables easy visual flow monitoring, and it meets global regulatory standards including USP Class VI and ISO 10993, while being entirely free of animal-derived components (ADCF), ensuring suitability for the most demanding bioprocess environments.
