Shipping policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs


All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

This does not mean that it will take 1-3 business days for an order to reach you. This means it will take our staff 1-3 business days to package the items you ordered and then give that package to the shipping service of your choice. That shipping service will then deliver the package to you. The speed of the delivery is dependent on the shipping service you choose (Ground, 2Day, Overnight, etc.).

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will most likely be shipped the following business day. Please keep that in mind when placing expedited orders. 

Orders that contain pre-ordered items cannot be shipped until the inventory has been replenished. There are also certain extenuating circumstances that requires more than 1-3 business days for an order to be dispatched. In those cases, we shall do our best to contact you and discuss the situation.

Orders over $100 will have an added insurance charge that may be declared after the order is placed.  

Ship on Business Account

We also offer customers the ability to have their order sent out under their own UPS or FedEx account. To receive access to this offer, you must email ian@internationalfilterproducts.com and supply us with your UPS or FedEx account number. Once we have received your account number, your customer account will have access to this shipping option. 

By choosing this option, FedEx or UPS will bill the customer directly for shipping. Some customers choose this option because they prefer the rates they have with UPS or FedEx.

If you are shipping under your business account and you want your order sent out under an expedited shipping method (such as overnight shipping) please email ian@internationalfilterproducts.com or write your instructions in the "Order Instructions" box in our shopping cart. If no preference is stated, the order will be sent out under ground shipping. 

Once a customer has sent us their UPS or FedEx account number, International Filter Products keeps that information as part of the customer's internal profile. This means that if the customer makes another purchase and chooses "Ship on Business Account" they do not need to enter this info at checkout again. The exception would be if the customer's UPS or FedEx account information has changed. Any updates needs to be entered into "Order Instructions" or emailed to ian@internationalfilterproducts to ensure that the shipping process can continue without hinderance. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

We are only able to accept online orders that will be sent to the United States and Canada. For International Orders, please contact us. NOTE: We cannot sell Saint-Gobain items outside of the United States and Canada.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
