Sanitary 316L Pressure Pots

The Sanitary 316 L Pressure Cans commonly referred to as Pressure Pots, have been designed for high purity applications. They are available in three different volumes, 2 Liters, 5 Liters and 10 Liters. The Pressure Cans are constructed of BPE 316 L stainless steel and are designed to meet the requirements of the Biopharmaceutical Industry. The pressure cans has a dip tube that extends to the bottom of each vessel into a small bulb. This allows for the valuable process fluid to be extracted from the Pressure Pot, achieving a Zero volume hold-up. For safety purposes a relief valve is installed in the top cover, making it easy to relief the pressure prior to opening the top cover. All connections, Inlet, outlet and Top Cover are Tri-clamps that require no special tools to open or close, permits easy operation and an Aseptic Design. The Tri-Clamp seals are common and available in many different materials, it’s easy to obtain chemical compatibility and vessel can be steam sterilize up to 132 °C for 30 minutes (EDPM seals).
