Saint-Gobain’s 3D Tank Liners are high-performance, single-use liners designed for standard 20L to 500L Nalgene tanks. Made from durable Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), these liners feature a robust 5mm sidewall and 7mm bottom construction to ensure strength and stability. Sterilized by gamma irradiation and manufactured in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, the liners are animal component-free and meet rigorous industry standards including cGMP, QSR, and ISO 9001:2015. Each liner is backed by a Certificate of Conformance and an optional Validation Guide, making them ideal for critical bioprocessing applications.
