First and foremost we offer competitively priced cartridges and the cartridges are created by ex-Millipore employees (both engineers), which provide us with extensive knowledge regarding the market requirements and product specifications. We have been specializing in custom filtration for over a decade and have developed some unique solutions. We offer eleven different sizes ranging in area from (200 cm2 (2.2 ft2) to 49 ft2) with 10 different media and 8 different fitting connections. This enables us to find the optimal size filter and fitting connections for your application. The wide variety of materials available allows us to offer an inexpensive cartridge for most applications. We also have the unique capability to place pre-filters above the final filter to increase the volume of fluid filtered before the filter become plugged.
All of our offered Cartridge Filters are manufactured from materials that conform to the requirements of 21CFR Part 117 of the US Code of Federal Regulations and USP Class VI Biological test for plastics. ZenPure offers three membranes: PES, PE, & PTFE which have all been independently tested for bacteria retention > 107 using Brevundimonas Diminuta in accordance with current HIMA challenge and have passed. All Validation Documentation is available. The offered Filters are flushed with purity non-progenic water and are available as a sterilized condition.
