International Filter Products designs and manufactures the filter housings that we offer. This permits us to offer one of the lowest prices in the industry without a compromise on design features and quality. The extensive knowledge of our engineers resulted in the development of unique features to our filter housings line. We have filter housings for almost every filter cartridges we offer. We offer filter housings constructed of the following materials; 316L filter housings with ASME BPE material, PVDF, CPVC, Polypropylene and HDPE for a number of industries. In most of our filter housings we use a flow distribution model to ensure uniform flow along the length of the filter cartridges resulting in a 30% increase in filter life time and lower clean pressure drop.
We use AutoCAD Inventor for all of the designs we offer, so when required we can provide our customers with 3d-models so that our design can be dropped right in their plant design to ensure that our equipment will be seamless. This also identifies any areas where custom modifications might be beneficial. Investigative below and review our literature for more information.
