In most of our filter housings we use a flow distribution model to ensure uniform flow along the length of the filter cartridges resulting in a 30% increase in filter life time and lower clean pressure drop.
We use AutoCAD Inventor for all of the designs we offer, so when required we can provide our customers with 3d-models so that our design can be dropped right in their plant design to ensure that our equipment will be seamless. The Stainless Steel disc media holder can be used for simple, quick, and efficient filtration of fluids and gases used in laboratory, pilot, and small scale applications. The disk media holder accepts Media discs which from a size range from 0.1 to 5 mm. This will allow for testing of different media thickness variations as well as multiple layers.
